The NP RTS Association provides information technology services.
The services of the NP RTS Association include data transmission services, deployment of customer equipment on the premises of the partnership, network connections, and Internet access services.
To facilitate customer operations, an electronic document management (henceforth EDM) system is provided. The EDM system provides for the exchange of electronically signed electronic documents between users of the EDM System, and grants access to a user’s personal web-cabinet at the EDM System.
The NP RTS Association seeks to develop new services and technologies. New products of the NP RTS Association include the provision of electronic signatures from the Certification Center for the transmission of documents through the EDM and Quatro systems as well as participation in electronic trading on OTS electronic platforms.
