Roman Goryunov
President

Born in 1975. A graduate of the St. Petersburg State Technical University with a major in economic information systems. From 1994, he worked at the Saint Petersburg Stock Exchange and headed the department for the organization of trading in securities and financial instruments.

Since 2001, he has worked at the NP RTS Stock Exchange as head of the Derivatives Market Department. In April 2005, he was appointed Vice President of NP RTS. In December 2006, he was appointed First Vice President of NP RTS. In July 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC RTS.

In 2011, Roman Goryunov became First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Senior Managing Director of OJSC MICEX-RTS.

On July 9, 2012 he became President of the RTS Nonprofit Partnership for the Development of the Financial Market after being approved by the general assembly of NP RTS members.

Igor Larionov
Vice President

Born in 1972. In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics, and in 2002 he graduated from the Academic Law University of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. From 1995 to 1998 he worked as adviser, deputy chief, and then department chief at the FCSM of Russia.

From 2000 to 2005 he was an expert at the Lidzhist law firm, and in 2005-2006 he worked as legal adviser to the Center for Securities Market Development Fund. He participated in the preparation of several legal instruments on the securities market and collective investments.

He has worked at NP RTS since December 2006 as head of the Legal Department and since January 2011 as vice president of NP RTS. From May 2007 to December 2011 he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC RTS and Director of the Legal Department of OJSC RTS.

Evgeniy Serdyukov
Managing Director for the Development of Organized Markets

Born in 1976. In 2001 he graduated from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University with a major in Finance and Credit.

For more than 12 years, he has been engaged in the development of the derivatives market in Russia. Since 2000 he has worked at the Saint-Petersburg Exchange (SPB Exchange), where he participated in the organization of the Russian market of futures and options.

In 2001 Evgeniy Serdyukov was directly involved in the first trading on the RTS FORTS derivatives section. Beginning in 2011 he was Managing Director for the derivatives market of OJSC MICEX-RTS (now called PJSC Moscow Exchange).

In July 2012 Evgeniy Serdyukov was appointed Managing Director for the Development of Organized Markets at NP RTS.

Denis Avetisyan
Executive Director for Information Products and Process Services

Born in Moscow in 1977. In 2000 he graduated from the National Nuclear Research University MEPhI, Department of Cybernetics.

Denis Avetisyan was engaged in the development of the modern information market in Russia as it is now, including the uniform rules for the receipt and use of exchange information, the focus of information audits, and standard approaches for providing exchange information in line with international practice.
